Upon entering Ktk'
1 in High School "Hangar"
we first go to the large, cheery office of the
superintendent where we
, meet Mr. Murray,
the president of the airline. With his energet-
ic and enthusiastic personality and his interest
in all progressive ideas, he has made it possi-
ble for the students of Aitkin to enjoy the ben-
efit of the many opportunities in education
which are available to them here. His profound
interest in young people and their future has
made him a valuabl fr
e iend and adviser of the

Misa Couigan
Carefully watching over the welfare of the passengers of
Aitkin High School is our co-pilot, Miss Corrigan. As as-
sistant principal, she plans all auditorium programs and
heads our extra curricular activities. Her vigilant considera-
tion of our interests while in school leads us to a successful
choice of a career for the future.
we Aee the ground crew
Keeping our plane running smoothly and on schedule is
Mr. Schunert, our principal and pilot, who is a newcomer
to the airlines this year. Before coming to us he has had
considerable flying experience. By. friendly advice and
wise counsel it is he who keeps us from going into a nose
dive when we get into the air pockets. He has guided our
plane of 1942 thru all kinds of weather to a safe landing.

For our happy trip and the sights and the adventures along the way, we are indeed
grateful to our guides, the ground crew, the pilots and the officials of the airlines. We
shall always cherish the pleasant friendships of our companions on this trip. It's been
great fun and we hope that the voyages of the future will bring each one as much
pleasure and success.
