Faculty members as well as students went all out to promote Viking Pride by participating in the spirit days during football season. One of the favorite spirit days was Bee Bop Bossier. On this day, all of Airline was dressed in clothes from the 50's. Some wore poo- dle skirts and sweaters, while others wore rolled- up jeans and T-shirts. Of course, everyone com- pleted their outfits with penny loafers. Faculty and students alike participated in this bee-boppers time warp. Another well-liked spirit day was Petrify Parkway. Airline stu- dents dressed in their fa- vorite Halloween cos- tumes to scare the wits out of Parkway. It was quite memorable ..... people with blue hair and black glasses, some with blood all over their faces and clothes, and still others with funny or cute costumes. Such as cray- ons, pumpkins, and ba- nanas. Other spirit days were Plaid the Pan- thers, Camouflage the Giants, and Cage the Kats, Those good ole spirit days! They brought fun and exciting times, and they helped all at Air- line to show Viking Pride. IENNIFER BOCAN AND Iodie Blalock showed their outfits. GRINNING AT THE camera, Amy Smith and Suzanne Hutto looked fifty styled. spam - 31
