The Student Council is made up of eighty-four members consisting of fifteen senators, and four class officers from each class along with the top four officers. Each officer must maintain a 3.0 Grade Point Average while each senator must keep a 2.5. The projects and responsibilities of the Student Council are many. Some of these include Home- coming elections and activities, the daily announce- ments, the can food drive for the Salvation Army, the opening assembly, and the Christmas-Sadie Hawkins dance. These dedicated, hardworking members worked together to better the school and provide more ac- tivities and benefits for the students.
