The winners were: Ora.to1'ica.Ii., Mildred LaE'e.1.f're, first: Manlove Trotter, second: and Owen Blalock, thiid. Qurfamaticr Mildred Myer!-S. firstg Eula. Faye Longstreth,second and Ne:'jorj.e Jacobson, third. Miss Melba Carpenter, of Osceola judged the contest andwill also judge the humorous contest Friday night. FEB. 2, Wednesday. H Mildred LaFa.v12e and giliflred Myers are still practicing on their selections whidh will be given at Arispe, February 10th. We hope to see some more. firsts come marching home from there. FEB. 3, Thursday. Fire drills were held this morning. It came as e. surprise, to the pupils, but they all mgrched out without much confusion in the lines. By a score of 15 to 9, Aftons' first team won the victory over Cromwe1l's first team tonight. They met with strongand fest opposition. The second team won an easy victory over Cromwell's seconds. FEB. lt, Friday. A - Hn, he, ha, he., humorous declematory contest was held to- night. The winners-were: '!'I1'st, 'Ma,1'y'1'o'lMUCg3,'1'g '- Second Arnold Crippeng and Vera Blair and Kenneth Seeley tied for third place.
