AHS Picks Cookson Student Council Head Only two candidates ran for Student Council president during Student Week, April 21-25. This eliminated the necessity for a primary election. ln the general election held Friday, April 25, Steve Cookson was elected president. Kelly Kidd became vice-president. Sports Day kicked off the excitement ofthe week. Everyone dressed as his favorite sports character. Other days included Greaser Day, Farmer- Western, Sadie l-lavvkins, and Dress-Up Day.
