The junior Class sponsored an Ayn Rand play, On the Night of january 16. Opening night for the play was janu- ary 'l6. The play was a murder trial held in the Camarillo Municipal Court- house. Karen Andre, the defendant, was played on alternate nights by Kathy Osborne and Claudia Davis. john Bowen was the judge, while the opposing attorneys were played by Steve Harding and Clay Hulett. The supporting cast included Ken Ruggles and Richard Provenza. Others in the production were Walt Campbell, lan Simpson, Tim Albertson, Pat Leahy, Vince Turner, Robert Wismanm, Janis Ash, Ann Arneill, Terry Bond, Nancy Stukan, Virginia Barbar, Nancy Wick- ham, Pam Podemsky, Robin Carney, Gail Agent, Karin Kling. Although the faculty managed to lead the youngsters for the entire first half. By the beginning of the fourth quarter, the varsity showed the ability to beat the teachers. Referees for the event were Mr. Huston and Mr. jansen. Each year the game is held to raise funds for the ACHS Scholarship.
