To many students, two of the most pleasant memories they have are the Fall and Spring Tolo. The Fall Tolo was held on October 11 with the theme of "Ivy League". At Christmas time the Girls' League sent in their contributions of food, toys, clothes and money to the Basket-Fillers. The last event to make the year successful was the Spring Tolo held on April 26 with the theme of "Orien tal Gardens". V tary STANDING B Chandler Vice President F Douglas Pies 6 . Comments by Couch Adna's football team after dropping their first two games, 19 to 13 to Toutle Lake and 33 to 13 to Oakville, came back to win six straight games. There is a lot more to these six game streaks than meets the eye. Three of our regulars were lost after the first two games with severe broken bone injuries. Others played with handicaps, and it was only through determination and strong desire that we did so well. Bill Mullins did a tremendous job as offensive end, Jerry Berrier running and passing, Ron Richardson running and defensive, and Walt Marth on both offense and defense. These four Seniors really carried the load. I was proud of this football team, and they should also be proud of their record.
