The offer is open to all Latin students and the award will be based upon scholarship, attitude in class and general participation in activities of the department. llildred Patten won in 1932. SOLES AND ROUNDS SPORTSMANSHIP TROPHY Soles and Rounds offers two silver cups to the boy and girl of the high school at Commencement time who show the best sportsmanship during the year. Decision will be dependent upon: C11 Maintenance of scholarship standards, C21 Sportsmanship displayed while winning, C31 Sportsmanship displayed While losing, C41 Leadership ability. Won in 1932 by Alice Remington and John Jones. FRED E. WILLIAMS SCIENCE PRIZE lNIr. Fred E. Williams offers a prize of 55.00 in gold to the pupil who has done the best work in science during the school year 1932-33. Vincent Greenley won in 1932. THE AARON BELLOFF ESSAY PRIZE lVIr. Aaron Belloff offered a prize of 55.00 in merchandise to the person who submitted the best essay on either the picture or the book "So Big." Won in 1933 by Betty Wood.
