Last fall two of the staff members, R. Owen and D. Row, resigned and Wallace Corey and Ned Nloore became Co-llanaging Editors. The Exchange Department has been successful and the following schools have exchanged with the "News Realm: Pulaski, Wappingers Falls, Quincy, Indianag Newark Valley, Owego, Copenhagen, Colgate University, Belleville, Ferguson High School, St. Louis, Mo. SCHOLARSHIP PRIZE The Citizens and Farmers Trust Co., Adams, N.Y., offers a prize of 5510.00 to be awarded to the pupil of the Adams High School who has the highest average for the year's work. The pupil must be carrying at least 32 subjects during the year to compete. Hattibel Grow won in 1932. SHELMIDINE AND MOORE PRIZE Shelmidine and llioore of Adams, N.Y., offers a prize of 510.00 to the pupil of the Adams High School who makes the greatest increase in his stand- ings during the year. The basis upon which this increase shall be determined will be the average of the marks received during the first two marking periods. The pupil must be taking 3-2X3 units of work and will be ineligible if a subject is dropped before completion. William King won in 1932. ROTARY CLUB PRIZE The Adams Rotary Club offers a prize of 35.00 to that pupil of the Adams High School who has the best attendance for the year 1932-33. In case of a tie in attendance, consideration will be given to the one having the highest scholastic average and who has not received another prize. Divided in 1932 between Alice Remington and Richard Owen. ARIERICAN LEGION PRIZE The American Legion, Adams, N.Y., offers a prize of a bronze medal to that pupil of the high school who does the best work in American History during the school year 1932-33. Won by Richard Owen in 1932. THE ADAMS STUDY CLUB ATTENDANCE PRIZE The Adams Study Club offers a prize of 55.00 to the Senior of the High School who has had the best attendance during the four years in school.
