Girls' Glee Club Notes
N I... HE Girls' Glee Club, under the direction of Xlrs. Campany, was called
X together for the first meeting last fall. The following officers were

Adams High School Athletic Association
HE Adams High School Athletic Association held a meeting in Septem-
ber to reorganize for another year. The following officers were

At this meeting it was also voted that the dues for the organization which
were formerly 3.75 a semester, be reduced to 5.50.
At a meeting held shortly after basketball season, it was decided that only
one letter should be given for four years of sports but a certificate should be
issued every time a person earned his letter by participating in forty per cent
of the games.
After Charles Case left school Howard Berry was elected Secretary to fill
the office. K
The membership during the first semester was 142 but in the second semester
it dropped to ll6.
The suggestion has been made that the payment of the dues be made on
September lst and January lst instead of September lst and February lst as
has been done formerly.

Dramatic Club Notes
EPTEMISER 10th, the iirst meeting of the Dramatic Club was called
'llilillm i to elect officers. VVe elected: Harold Chrisman, Presidentg Hattibel
Grow, Vice-President, Donald Row, Treasurer, Doris Klclfhesney,
Wgyki Secretary. A party was held October first for the pledges, and many
past members were present. There were twelve interested in joining the club.
lt was voted to join the National Thespian Society for Dramatics.
Early in the year a play-reading committee was organized who selected plays
for production throughout the year. "Never Again" was the first play produced
this year. lt was a successful comedy in which Ward Holley, Rosemary Over-
ton, Donald Row and Harriet Barney showed great ability. The play was
produced several times because of its high merit.
On December 20 the Club presented two plays, "The Flash!! and "The
Pot Boiler." ln "The Flash" the characters were VVilliam Delylarse, Donald
Row and Williain King. The cast for 'AThe Pot Boileri' consisted of Harold
Chrisman, Ward Holley, Betty Wood, Frank Sischo, Dorothy Talcott, Elsa
Snyder and Ned llloore.
