RIGHT-Carefully Terry Moser paints in art on his I. S. time. It was a year that won ' t be forgotten easily. The excitement of beating South Adams at Home¬ coming, the misery of losing a close game at the Bluffton Sec¬ tional, the thrill of an all-night prom, and the shock of Mike Gibb ' s death have all made 1972 a year that will stay fresh in our minds for a long time to come. MIDDLE LEFT-An interesting skit was presented about Nathan Hale. LOWER LEFT-A small group from one of the choirs sang several songs during the concert. MIDDLE-Richard Engle hesitantly pro¬ ceeds around the back end of a donkey as he try ' s to mount. ABOVE-Don Johnson and Arnie Riley wait for the basketball to fall through the hoop. LEFT-Waiting to interview one of the musicians for the news paper is Dixie Braden. A 11 TOP LEFT-Dressing as beauty ' contestants, these Sophomore boys attract the eye of several other boys. The surprise of the year came when Adams Central beat Leo, who was undefeated for two years. The Basketball team had an equally good season this year with only one defeat and 8 wins. A.C. beat Huntington this year, a team which also hadn’t been beaten in two years. The volleyball team, for the first time, had a record of 9 wins and only five loses. This year there were fourteen students ranging in age from seven to seventeen years enrolled in Special Education classes. Subjects taught in this area are reading, arithmetic, spelling and language.
