The theme for this years Junior-Senior Prom was “Dancing in the Streets”. The Juniors decorated Wednesday night, Thursday night, and all day Friday to prepare the gym for the banquet and dance. The main features of the Prom were the cobblestone street and the gar- den house, top left; the archway, 2nd left; and the fountain and pool, bottom near left and top right. The other pictures show the Juniors busy working on hanging streamers, street lamps, and anything else that had to be done to complete the Prom. The band that played for this year’s Prom was a group called “Sage”. The meal was catered by Bernings Motor Inn of Creston. The meal included three meats, potatoes, vegetables, a huge salad bar, and dessert. Prom Servers RIGHT: Servers for this years Prom were selected by the Junior class. The boys wore lavender shirts with blue jeans and the girls wore white jump suits with a pastel print. This years servers were: ROW 1: Ruthie Parker, Leann Plowman, Meike Mohr, Karen Krogh, Michelle Brannen, and Sharon Gerdes. ROW 2: Brian Caltrider, Guy Walhovd, Darrin Hansen, Shawn Maas, Kevein Westergaard, and Curt Jahde.
