Memories JCigkt the Comers of My Mind The Way We Were Memories light the corners of my mind. Misty water color memories of the way we were. Scattered pictures of the smiles we left behind, smiles we gave to one another for the way we were. Can it be that it was all so simple then, or has time rewritten every line? II we had the chance to do it all again, tell me, would we? Could we? Mem- ories may be beautiful and yet, what’s too painful to remember we simply choose to forget. So it’s the laughter we will remember, whenever we remem- ber the way we were. Above left: Craig Lundy shoots cleanly around the A-G ball player. Above right: The Bombers are great jumpers as evidenced in this photo of Curt Jacobsen laying the ball over the rim for an easy two points. The yearbook staff would like to take this opportunity to thank Bill Littler and the ADAIR NLWS for all their help with this year’s annual. All the can- dids through page 12 and several others throughout the book were supplied by Bill. THANK YOU! 5

For some there were mixed emotions of the tournament. Some were sad and some were happy don’t forget that Kurt Cress did score his final two points in the game against Iowa City Regina. And the Bombers did receive the runner-up trophy of the 1979 boy’s state basketball tournament. Upper left: Chuck Littler decides to go left rather than right against his A-G opponent. Lower left: A-C’s tough defense closes in on an A-G player. Above: A-G’s muscle did not slow down Doug Schtneling who shot over, underneath, around, in-between and through A-G’s defense ending up with a superb per- formance. a
