The Girls Conference Champs are again at A-C as the Bom- berettes again showed their amazing versatility in eliminating competition from the surrounding schools. Freshman power and senior power were key aids in putting A-C on top. In her final high school year. Carolyn Wedemeyer broke the long jump re- cord and anchored the girls 880 relay in breaking the school re- cord in that event. The boys were not so fortunate. 25
