OPPOSITE PAGE BOTTOM RIGHT - Senior Gerald Graham showed exceptional quickness. 5 'L- Co-Captain Kevin Faison once again showed excellent rebounding Gbility. The Acme-Delco High School boys varsity basketball team under first year Coach Gary Battle's expertise, have put together a well-knit deeply competitive team this year. With senior standouts such as Kevin Faison, Ken Myers, Eric Mitchell, Gerald Graham,and Greg Freeman this year's team has risen above their dismal season the year before. The Trojan attack is centered around Kevin Faison's rebounding power which is complimented by Gerald Graham's above average jumpshot and Ken Myer's excellent perimeter shooting. The Trojans also have quickness in freshman Scottie Melvin and senior James Dixon. So this season promises to be a good one. I5

Brown The Acme-Delco Varsity Girls Basketball had a disappointing season this year but they showed a style and rhythm that is strictly their own. Under the skillful guidance ot Coach Fuller they showed a great skill and courage which was not shown by their record. With seniors Deedre Bryant and Linda Brown leading them, the team was well rounded ond had depth. So next year should be an excellent one for the Lady Trojans. Coach Fuller quietly comtemplates game plan.
