Rich was Student Council president, a member of the National Honor Society, and in the Spanish lonor Society. A 1984 Varsity Cheerleader, Rich had the lonor of being chosen as one of the first male cheerleaders it AHS. Chosen as a member of the TV 3 Class of Aca- liana, Rich was one of the AHS students honored at a Jncheon given by TV 3. At Baccalaureate, he received the 'residential Academic Fitness Award, the American Legion iward, and the Girls' Service Club Award for outstanding ,enior boy.
