tsl ti 124 BOYS' BASKETBALL 7 V? w,f ASKETBAL Ram Houpsters Make All-District Team Once again, the words Good Evening, Basketball Fans, echoed through the AHS gym as the Wreckin' Ram basketball team began another year of exciting roundball action. Coming into this year, Coach Bobby Beene and his troops attempted to fill the shoes of two district championships. Falling short of reaching the playoffs, the Ram hoopsters still pulled off a prosperous season, giving the fans their money's worth. Acadiana placed four on the prestigious All-District Team. Leading the way was Phillip Wilturner, tabbing First Team honors. Gaining All-District Honorable Mentions were Lee Arceneaux, Luther Fran- cis, and Kevin Winters. With three returning starters, 1985-86 holds the promise of another exciting year packed with basket- ball action. -ilu QWNW?
