Class Of '57 Now that We are leaving our memore able high school days, we realize the importance of these years for our future success and happiness. During this per- iod a remarkable change has evolved . . . from the first day as a meek fresh! man fe to the final day as a ruling senior. As apprehensive freshmen we began our four years with a feeling of inse- curity, supplanted only by the desire to reach the second plateau 4 Sophomore. No longer green freshies we began again with renewed vigor, that is typi- cal of the sophomore. Finally with this behind us, we entered our third year of high school with a better relationship among classmates, a vital asset to school spirit, and so evident in our final year. Now, here we are, looking forward to our future life, but with reluctance as we leave our alma maters, the Academy of Our Lady and Spalding lnstitute.
