The challenge of advising a class and its
cabinet members in decisions which instill
fond personal recollections as Well as educa
tional direction has been met and accom-
plished by the class advisors. We, the
Senior Cabinet, express our appreciation to
Mrs. Merritt and Mr. Ganger for their
patience and invaluable guidance . It is our
desire that the Senior Class will cherish the

Sadie Hawkins Happenings.
The Sadie Hawkins annual Sock-Hop
presented by the Girl's League was held
on October 6 in the Big Gym. The group
at the "Hornet HoedoWn" was entertained
with music by the Fortes accompanied
by singers DeEtta Little, Chorle Ghol-
Ston and Harlen Flenoid.
At the Sadie this year there were many
couples dressed alike, and all appeared
very cheerful in their casual attire.
Our faculty proved to have just as much
energy as the younger-set by getting on
the dance floor and doing their latest
steps. Well it appears everyone had a

held off campus. The evening
proved to be Successful at the
Balboa Park Club, With the enter-
tainment of the Apollos.

This year the Key Club and Adelphians Worked together in making service
projects and activities a great success. The service projects included giving
Halloween candy to the Children's Hospital, giving Christmas stockings
filled with goodies to the Hillcrest Receiving Home and collecting gifts for
our servicemen in Viet Nam.
Y-Teens is an organization of girls
devoted to having fun in life. This
organization is always on the move.
This year's activities were highlighted

show, held each year in the library. There
the many art pieces done by the students
are displayed. All those interested in art
are asked to join this Worth-while organiza-
tion and display their artistic talents. The

Math Club Was formed to provide those
interested in math a chance to express their
views. Thc club is open to those people
interested in advanced math techniques.
The Math Club provides a challenging
contest to test the alertness its members
have in solving mathematical problems. Mr.

The Science Club, under the supervision of
Mr. Howell provides students Who are Will-

ing of science and nature. Having fun is
also one of its purposes. This year the club
