FIRST SEMESTER CALIFORNIA SCHOLARSHIP FEDERATION The purpose of the C. S. F. , is to foster a higher standard of scholarship and broaden ideas of service on the part of our students. Eligibility for membership to this honor organization requires a record of good citizenship as Well as a ten point average which signifies academic excellence and recognized service effort. To become a Sealbearer , one must be qualified for C. S. F. four out of six semesters, one of these being in the senior year. This organization is sponsored by Mr. Herbert Nelson.
