DECA, OEA prepare students for future business careers DECA and OEA are classes designed to give students both credit and paid work exper- ience. Both organizations have state and national affiliation. DECA teaches its students to have a posi- tive attitude toward their work and the people they work with. DECA Coordinator Dan Murray said, I believe this is the best group that I have worked with in the past 13 years. Office Education is a cooperative pro- gram between the school and business community which allows students to gain actual work experience in an office environ- ment. in order to finance a coffee and a ban- quet for employers and trips to local, state, and national conferences, OE students sold carnations for valentines Day. Other fund- raisers included the Top Kat Kit, cheese and sausage, popcorn and school necklaces.
