These two Lincoln grads
found careers at Merediths
You probably remember VIRGIN-
IA FAZIO and WAYNE DUEDE
of the class of 348. Only a few
months ago they were putting the
finishing touches on their high
school educations. Maybe they were
sitting next to you in some of your
classes.
Now Wayne works in the Mere-
dith Publishing Company press
room. He's beginning a career that
will mean a lifetime job in the
printing crafts. Wayne plays an
important part in the production of
more than 4,400,000 copies of Suc-
cessful Farming and Better Homes
8: Gardens magazines each month.
Virginia chose clerical work to be-
gin her career. She works in the
Accounting Department at Mere-
dith's. This is only one of many
interesting jobs available to high
school graduates.
Whatever your job preference con-
tact our Personnel Department.
A visit with us will help you solve
your individual career problem-
and start you on the road to life-
time success. Our interviewers will
help you find the position for which
you are best suited and in which
you'll be most happy. You'll enjoy
working at Meredith's where you
have all the benefits of group life
and health insurance, modern cafe-
teria and lounge, excellent working
conditions and a live-day week.
