The Home he Ranch which is located on the second floor has an
enrollment of 48 Our sponsor is Bernice Ehrenhart We have chosen
as our leaders this year, Norma ean Swanson as ranch boss and foreman,
Mildred Brown, vice president, Nancy Shafer secretary, Carol Lee
Lomax, secretary, and Ruth Bond, treasurer Nancy Shafer was voted
secretary and is now located on a ranch in Michigan so Carol Lee Lomax
is our present secretary
Several achievements have been made to the credit of the Home EC.
Ranch this year. The selling of Christmas cards was a project carried
out, which netted a large profit.
A Christmas basket was also given to a deserving family, with dona-
tions from each cowhand.
Among items purchased this year were shrubbery for the corral and
a picture chosen by the older cowhands, to be added to the decorations
of the ranch clothing room
The year for the Home Ee. Ranch has been a profitable and enjoyable
one. Among our pleasures was the dinner in February, which was served
in the Methodist Church dining room. Eleven alumnae attended the
event. A movie, "Seven Sinners," was enjoyed at the Abby afterwards.
The annual event for the Seniors in May was in the hands of a chosen
committee and proved to be very entertaining.
