BOOSTER STAFF - headed by four dif- ferent sets of editors, published 11 issues during the school year . . . had a weekly column, 'Cowboy Capers , by JoAnne Curran in Reflector-Chronicle . . . was pleased to see stories reprinted in the Stu- dent Press Bulletin and Heflector-Chronicle . . , equalled last year's membership by adding six to Quill and Scroll . . . entered 34-th annual KU contest with ambition to bet- ter Vic Viola's '53 record of one second and an honorable mention . . . carried out the project of making rural students ac- quainted with AHS, by sending each issue of the Booster to them . . . gave each mem- ber an opportunity to hold a staff position . . . ended the '53-'54 term by honoring seniors in their last issue.
