School policies are in writing so that em- ployees understand the wishes of the governing body. Yet school policies are examined and modifie as wisdom requires it. df. Principal E. L. Fiedler's main campaign is to help students realize their future goal. As part of die preparation, he has campaign- ed for the new school, and established co- operation between the faculty and student body. Mr. Fiedler takes personal interest in each student, his daily routine, his problems and his achievements.
