Everyone has really been cooperative whenever we have asked for Ideas, setting up pictures, working on pages, and planning. We also appreciate the cooperation of the teachers, because we have to take students out of classes to take care of some of these things. We're proud to be in a school where we don't have to have locks on lockers, and where there is so much willingness to help. If you all hadn't helped us, we would have been looking pretty bad by now, but as it is, we came through in fair shape. Thank you again. This was the year of no snow. Day after week, the ski club had blue skies and brown ground to look at. It was the year of the Cowboy, and we had more big black hats per acre than any place in Idaho. The drill team had three different advisors, all men, and won third in competition. Volleyball became a school sport (and the girls did very well, too.) Mr. Adamson was advisor for the pep club and cheerleaders. Are you applying for that job again next year, Mr. A? The junior varsity cheerleaders couldn't remember what the school colors were. Mrs. Huls just kept on trying to get a little parliamentary procedure into student council meetings. Getting out of class became the prime reason for coming to school. The wrestlers were district champions again (and fifth in the state.) We didn't have a fight with American Falls after our game with them. The student-body president had a far-away look in his eyes as he drifted eeriely from hall to hall. And just by the hairs of our chinny-chin-chins, we made it to graduation time once more. % 97 98 99
