Tiger Tales received two all state ratings and a gold cup for the best mim- eographed paper in the state. Aberdeen was one of the twenty-one schools in eight western states to re- ceive a citation for outstanding journal- ism from the Pacific Slope High School Press Association. In pictures above, Donnie, Paul and Gary run the monster; and Shana Holt, editor and her assistant editors display their trophy and citations.
