Mrs. Marge Radloff sponsors the Speech Club which numbers one hundred twenty'
students. The club activities for the year have been many and varied. The annual
initiation party was held in the fall at which a circus theme was featured. At
Thanksgiving, the club presented an assembly program of one-act plays and at
Christmas took an important part in the Cantata. The January-Jig, all school dance,
was a club activity in January while the annual Fun-Frolics were held in February.
The One-Act plays and the Chicago trip were big events of the spring season. The
club also presented radio programs and performances for the public.
