BOYS' STUNT PROGRAM
A peppy group of boys, directed by Mr. Myers, staged an athletic performance Ianuary 22. Music was furnished
by ti group of band members under the direction of Mr. Fletcher.
This year the Abbott stuclents enioyetl several cinema programs. This is a motlern method of education :intl
was greatly cniovetl. Films were shown on the life of Abraham Lincoln and George Washington in the Revolu-
tiongirv VV4111 A matinee showing ol' Simba, an animal film, was presented by the P. T. A. The science department

The boys in Mr. Montgomeryk classes completed some very attractive pieces of shop work this year. Recogni-
tion was given the work of Emerson Mason when he Won third place in a state exhibit of hand woodwork put
on by the Illinois Vocational Association at Urbana this year.
