SENIDR-MIDS One Day Emmet and I took a Tripp on our Boat, the S. S. Senior-mid. As we went Glidden over the Waterous, the Rays of the sun Pearced the clouds, and we Hurd the Mary Caroling Pheobe Birds singing in a nearby Fenn. Swiftly we Chased the Whitecaps out to sea, but a Gail blew up and Knoxed our ship about. Emmet and I Kauered in a corner, our MacKinnontoshes pulled around us to Ward off the rain which was Pelton in our faces. A Minor difficulty, caused by the storm, forced us to use our Orrs, and we soon decided to Turner around. On the distant Harrison we saw Anne island, and 1 Syd to Emmet: We ' d better head for the Eubanks. We jumped into our lifeboat and quickly started for shore. Before reaching the Sandy beach, where we Moored our dinghy, we passed through a clump of Reeds. Emmet Luped the painter around a Peg which he found stuck in the sand. As we Marilyn walked along, Emmet exclaimed, My legs feel rather Twombly from being on the boat so long — let ' s Lele down. No, I said, we must explore the island in the hope of finding either a Holbrook or a Well. Soon Emmet, with his viVidi imagination, thought he heard a Hipplepotomus in the brush, but it proved to be a Woolvie drinking from a small stream. He proved to be too Peppy for us, however, and disappeared from our sight. Being hungry, due to the brisk January weather, we proceeded to Prial open, our Wickham lunch basket. Emmet said, On your Mar-go and we ravenously devoured the food. Suddenly a Warren came riding up on his Graceful Morgan horse and proceeded to Sue us. He then showed us the no trespassing sign on the Barb-wire fence, and by this time, his Roth and Kemper were aroused. We quickly left the island after paying the Dowlin and all Linded a hand to the oars. The crew Nanced with joy when we reached the deck and thus ended our GOIiver ' s travel. 46
