each contributing to th Smiling faces, gleaming eyes, and friendly hellos . . . the first facet which sparkled to begin our new year at Brown. To the seniors, the sparkle was something that they had seen be- fore, only now it was the chance of their life to polish it is perfection. Juniors had had occasion to glimpse the sparkle, and the beginning of this year was their chance to make it bigger than ever. Sophomores were not used to this; but it took very few weeks for them to realize that they, too, had a part in the facets at Brown, and that they were carving the gem of their class for the past, present, and untold future. Busses are an important part in the life of many Brown High students who depend on them for transportation to school and back home in the afternoon. Mr, Chester Misenheimer helps students in choosing a col- lege by showing them information, suggesting occupations, and telling them their best qualifications.

One of the back doors of the school has become the main door of entrances and exits for students before and after school. Students make wise use of study hall period in which they catch up on homework and often go to the library for reference work. more brightly as they strive for polished perfection Key Club Chorus sings Pomp and Circumstance for mock graduation.
