LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT I, Buddie Shinn, do hereby will and bequeath my ability to graduate in four years to Ralph Faulkenbury and to Richard Grifhn, I leave my "love" for K.H.S. I, Valoree Shinn, being sounder in spirit than in mind, do hereby will and bequeath my position as manager of the girls' basketball team to any girl who can listen, write, talk, laugh, and chew gum at the same time. I, Juanita Simpson, do hereby will and bequeath my seat in chapel to Joyce Ingleg my good times at K.H.S. to Jerry White and Joan Campbell. To my sister, Evelyn, I will my ability to graduate. I, Doris Sloop, do hereby will and bequeath my position on the basketball team to "Bets" Overcash. To Nancy Payne and Dale Aderhold, I leave my ability to get through high school without going to the detention hall. I, Everette Sloop, do hereby will and bequeath all my good times in school and my home room, Mrs. Alexander's, to my brother, Don, and to Fred Hay, I hope they can make it through school as I did. I, Franklin Sloop, do hereby will and bequeath my ability to go four years in high school without the detention hall to my brothers, Guy and Tommy, and I leave my senior seat to Bobby Coe. I, Thelma Sloop, do hereby will and bequeath my problems in English and chemistry to my brothers, hop- ing they can solve them better than I. I, Comas Smith, being with no mind and a broken down body, do hereby will and bequeath all my good times in Cannon High and my love to Shelvia Jean Hubbard. I, Phyllis Smith Cbeing out of my mindj, do hereby will and bequeath my ability to learn to drive to Lily Pat McManus, knowing she is going to be a "Hot Rod." To Sue Huskey, I will my seat in the cafeteria, and to Jo Ann Black, I leave my good times. I, Edna Stancil, do hereby will and bequeath my dear "ole" Latin seat and my ability to pass the subject to any student who takes Latin. I, Mattie Lou Stancil, do hereby will and bequeath my dislike for chemistry to Mr. Ellis and my love for Mrs. Alexander to Evelyn Earnhardt. I, Buise Steen, being of sound mind and body, do hereby will and bequeath my blond hair to anyone crazy enough to have it. I leave all my good times with the girls to anyone lucky enough to get them. I, Kenneth Stokes, being of sound body and weak mind, leave all my good times at K.H.S. and my ability to graduate to Mac Dula, a rising junior. I, Lorraine Strawn, do hereby will and bequeath my ability to graduate to Evelyn Simpson and Joyce Ingle, knowing that they will need it. To my cousin, Bill, I leave my good times at Cannon High. I, Ralph Strube, do hereby will my ability to finish high school to anybody. I, Carol Jean Suther, do hereby will and bequeath to Shelia Sasser the joy of being a senior, and I benev- olently leave her all the bills, hoping she has a bigger bank account than I. I, Willie Faye Sutton, do hereby will and bequeath all my good times at Cannon High School to Dot Steen, knowing that if possible she will have them. I, Betty Talbert, hereby will and bequeath my good times at Cannon High School to Barbara Cook and to all the underclassmen I just leave. I, Geraldine Tarlton, do hereby will and bequeath my favorite teacher, Miss Harrell, to my sister, Joyce, and all good times at K.H.S. to Jacqueline Davis, Linda Davis, and Doris Jean Rogers. I, Evelyn Taylor, do hereby will and bequeath all my good times to my little brother, Alton, who is a rising junior. I, Robert Taylor, do hereby will and bequeath my ability not to study and still pass, although it took fourteen years to graduate to anyone crazy enough to try it. I, Carolyn Teal, do hereby will and bequeath my luck to graduate to my brother, Bobbyg to Barbara Cook, I leave the ABC chewing gum in study hall and to Kenneth Price I just leave-hoping he doesn't have as tough a time. I I, Joan Thomas, do hereby will and bequeath to Evelyn Earnhart my ability of going through high school without getting detention hall, and to Lillie Coone, the first seat in Mrs. Alexander's home room. I, Joe Thomas, do hereby will and bequeath my ability to graduate to Charles Steen, and to Phil Tesh, I leave my good times on band trips, and for the faculty, I'll just leave. Page Seventy-one
