  1. 1. How do I cancel my subscription?
    To cancel your subscription, please send an email to us with your account email address and the name on the credit card that was used to create the subscription.
  2. 2. What is your refund policy?
    Currently we do not offer refunds. Due to the high cost of digitizing the yearbooks we are not yet a profitable company. Once we generate enough revenue to pay the bills we plan to offer a 30-day money back guarantee.
  3. 3. What do the high resolution images look like?
    The image resolution is about 800 by 1100 pixels (similar to the original page size). All images are scanned in full color although many of the actual yearbook pages are in black and white. We provide the computer recognized text at the bottom of the page. Click here to see SAMPLE PAGES.

  6. 6. How do I print an image?
    Today we only offer printing of the images using your web browser. We plan to offer higher quality professional print ordering in the future.
  7. 7. I have a lot of yearbooks - can you use them?
    Yes - we would be happy to scan them free of charge. We will pay for the shipping to and from our scanning facility and the yearbook will not be damaged by our scanning process. Please contact us if you are interested.
