HOME ECONOMICS DEPARTMENT-As a guide leading to a colorful assortment of careers, the Home Economics Department offers several different programs. Courses in clothing and textiles prepare the student for jobs that require a working knowledge of fabric content, design, and clothing construction. Foods and nutrition courses consider healthful meal planning, economic and time factors in meal preparation, along with the serving of tempting dishes.
