Melodies and Harmony The upperclass Girls, Glee Club, headed by Betty Vining as president, Pat Wilder as vice president, Ann Bode as secretary-treasurer, and Ann West and Fleanor Kearfott as librarians, as well as the freshman Girls' Glee Club, headed by Audrey Harris as president, Ruth Faulkner as vice president, Betsy March as secretary-reasurer, ant ew is er as i rarian, rave mat a iusv vear. ev iresenet a irofram o e ,t lP,,Prl lb l lllg, Thi, tl rg rrh Women's Department Club of Wheaton, participated in the annual Fox River Valley Festival, gave a patriotic program in assembly, a lovely Christmas program, and the annual Spring Festival. A new musical group, known as the senior Girls' Treble Clef Club, was organized this year, which, under the guidance of Miss Dirks, presented a lovely group of popular songs for Class Night and two numbers for Commencement. Its ollicers for the year were Iean McAssey, president, Barbara Glidden, vice president, and Louise Stevens, secretary-treasurer. Raise 0ur Morale Also participating in these programs were the Mtxizn CHo1R and the ORKHPSIRA with their own special numbers. Although the Orchestra has a small membership, they always turn out a finished job whenever they appear, and the Mixed Choir, which only has home room periods in which to practice, really pre sented some lovely songs this past year.
