H From the beginning, we had the principles. But in that regard, we were no different from many other organizations which start bravely but fail. After the influence of the founding group was no more and the mantle of authority had passed from their shoul- ders, there were other men on whose shoulders this mantle fitted. Of significance to the increasing fraternal success are several other factors. This year, the chapter was awarded by Pi Kappa Phi National Office the Master An event unique in itself is the Oil Drum Regatta. The event held every spring, attracts entries from many Tech students and organizations as well as from other colleges throughout West Virginia and surrounding states. This event provides all Tech stu- dents with an opportunity for festive merrymaking. Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity House is always open and we invite you to drop by when time permits.
