About a year ago a group ol students began to discuss and tallc about having a youth center. They began to set up and lormulate plans, they soon carried them out with the assistance ol both Vs The Hep Club is run by a group ol about twelve students. Four lrom the group are elected as ollicers and serve lor a period ol one year.
