He possesses a little chuckling laugh that never fails to irri- tate his victims, and has been known to wear out three hair brushes and six shoe brushes on his respective head and feet in one day. He is noted for his melodious voice that can alwaj ' s be heard at a base- ball game, but sometimes uses it to sing Heidelberg for good marks. Joe makes fre- quent visits to Staunton, and it ' s a question as to his inten- tions, but circumstantial evi- dence points toward Mr. Miller ' s Sanitarium. Matriculated 1901.
