Tourney Hopes Shattered A questionable rule by Umpire Mel Neese helped the Raid- ers squeeze by the ' Horns 8-7, ending the ' Horns ' chances of playing in the SWC post-season tournament. Raider John Keller hit a perfect double play ball to Texas third baseman Ferguson, who threw to second baseman Andre Robertson for the force. Umpire Neese ruled Robertson had his foot off the bag and called both runners safe. Robertson said that he knew his foot was on the bag.
