Alpha Phi Alpha Service and Pride Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity was born on December 4, 1906 at Cornell University, Ithaca New York, as the first black greek letter organization on a college campus. AOA has attracted many men that have positively affected our world. Notable men who have pledged the Black and Old Gold include: Martin Luther King. Jr., W.E.B.
