O 0 Students Together Effectively Progressing CS.T.E.P.J is re- sponsible for meeting the social and cultural needs of the black community. S.T.E.P. seeks to introduce a variety of programs and events which prove entertaining, intellectu- ally stimulating, emotionally inspiring and educational.
