Express Wins Six State Awards THE ROADRUNNER EXPRESS staff writers won six awards in the junior college division of the Missouri College Newspaper Association ' s annual contest at the University of Missouri School of Journalism in May, 1979. Award winners were Chris Shaeffer, first place in editorial writing; Richard Wessley, first place in feature writing and honorable mention in special column writing; John Hutchinson, first place in sports writing; Lee Sheffer, second place in editiorial writing; and Susan Tobaben, honorable mention in feature writing.
