1 '6Sell Those Ads Deadlines, headaches, and last year's annual. The completion ofthe l973 Syllabus fell upon the shoul- ders ofthe 1974 staff. Besides meet- ing their own deadlines, the staffers fought incredible odds and the '73 annuals entered MAHS on January 17. Inspired by co-editors Dayna Stout and David Pitts forged on by first year annual advisor, Mrs. in 4f 124 Lx 'Lili Virgina Reed. the staff ploughed through layouts, copy, captions, and pictures to make this annual a suc- cess. Again sourred by Miss Sharon Pickett and presi- dent, senior Deanna Alexander, the club won many awards in both District and State contests. Also, they held many money-making activities. These OEA girls display trophies and certificates won at the District Contest.
