The Senior Drama Class is designed to allow the stu- dent actors the opportunity to expand and grow as actors. The class participates in the Drama Enrichment Program which includes attending live theatre perform- ances as well as theatre lectures by such people as Tennessee Williams and Michael Bennett. Of course, the major activity of the class is the creation of the Spring Play. The students literally create a two and a half hour Broadway musical: learning the lines, songs, dances and designing the scenery. This experience turns out to be an exhilerating and fulfilling one for those students who are willing to give 'IO0'Zs and create it being as fantastic as it can be. 71

OK A WE'LL REST IF YOU WANT TO. . , 1' 'I On December 8, 1977, Richmond Hill hosted its annual ,, Studentflfaculty Basketball Game. There was much team effort and a H K.. ... .5 great deal of spirit aided bv the addition this year of Faculty Cheerleaders. The Faculty Cheerleaders QS. Berkholtz, E. Dede, C. Cold, L. Greenfield, R1 Kramer, M. Margulis, T. Oropallo and l. Weintraubl remained animated despite the GERITOL and NERVE picket signs. Both teams were in good form. Faculty top scorers, E, Greenberg Q23 ptsl, T, Connolly, who suffered an ankle injury Q22 ptsl, and A. Egenthal Q21 pts.l, led their team to a 96-94 victory over the Lions despite high scoring by Lions Duane Hughes U3 pts.l, Thomas Cinelli 111 pts.l, and Ray Galpin UO pts.l. Highlights of the game included the fabulous Richmond Hill Cheerleaders and the dedicated, though disorganized, Faculty Cheerleaders who managed to score a one point foul shot during a one minute relief play.
