Reno High School students are also involved in the local, state, and national political pro- cesses. Even those students not old enough to vote became involved in politics and the selection of their representatives in government. Though volunteer aid to various political campaigns and participation in rallies and hand raisers, Beno High School students became a political force in the community. Students were able to actually meet many influential people in the political process and exchange ideas with these people, helping them to understand the viewpoints of some of the youth of America. Whether it was helping to re-elect a member of Congress, supporting a new Governor, or just working to get voters registered for an election.
