Being a religious and social group, the Y-Teens endeavor to build high standards of Christian character in girls between the ages of 12 and 17. Each week, a Y-Teen reads an inspirational thought for the week over the public ad- dress system. This year the club, sponsored by Miss Bess Sharp, Y.W.C.A. Secretary, held its annual recognition ceremonial for all Y-Teens, and sponsored a Valentine Tea for the faculty during Be Kind to Teachers Week. QW . Reading Discussion Group A group interested in reading and discussing books, the Reading Discussion Group serves to encourage wide and deeper reading among its members. Included in the notable Works read have been those outlining the evaluation of the modern mind, and those giving insight to the meaning of life. Faculty sponsors are Mrs. XV. W.
