The United States Government furnishes equipment and uniforms. and regular Army personnel are assigned by Army Headquarters for instruction and administration of the corps. To be enrolled in the R.O.T.C. program. a student must be in his second year of high school. be at least fourteen, and meet specific physical conditions.
