Steve Sherrin and Andy Castillo sell pop for a fund raiser at the Dobson SZITIC. .Lk Paving a Road cholarship, leadership and service are the main purposes in National Honor Society. Many funds are raised for college scholarships, and last year two S250 college scholarships were given. This year the group tried to give more. To be in National Honor Society, Sen- iors must obtain and hold a 1.5 grade point average, juniors a 1.4, and Sophomores a 1.3. These students have been involved in many service projects that included restor- ing the old Sirrine House which was re- stored for the town because it is a historic state landmark, having been here for such a long time.
