Since that time its aims have been to promote better understanding and study among its members, to encourage good companionship, and provide relaxation from hard work encountered in a medical education. Among the planned social events of the year are three rush parties, the Christmas Dance, the Mardi Gras Masquerade Ball, Deep Sea Fishing Trip and a Steak Supper for Seniors. Much of the success of the social events can be attributed to the assistance of an active Wives ' Club. 200
