HOMEMAKING DEPARTMENT Teaches the Basics or Success ul Living Homemaking not only teaches one to sew and to cook, but it also prepares those students who are interested in future careers as homemakers, Home- making is much more than just cooking or sew- ing. Students learn the importance of a successful home and family. Students are shown how influential homemak- ing is in our modern society and are instructed as to the significance of the homemaker. This change in the staff has only made the de- partment that much better. Those who are planning future professions as machinists, mechanics, etc., discover that the courses offered by the department are very rewarding and beneficial.
